Then grab your bag and hit the road. There are plenty of things to enjoy life. One of which is to travel. This activity is now one of the top options among people. Traveling may be for a different purpose. It can be for business, educational, or for leisure. One important element in traveling is to enjoy and get attracted with the beautiful sceneries. It is the attraction that drives an individual to travel into different places. Things like accommodation, restaurant, and transport are one of the ancillary services which travelers enjoy. Those services must meet the expectations of the travelers. The reason why an individual would travel is that they want to experience satisfaction outside their normal circumstances. They travel to gain experiences, which involve seeing different sights. This type of experience is commonly provided by different venues, which are called the tourist attraction. There are different types of attraction you should know before you travel. This includes natural, historic, cultural, other built, entertainment, festival and events. This can help you decide on which place you are to travel.</p>
<p>Let us start with the natural attraction. This is where you will find places like national parks, scenic reserves, flora and fauna reserves, unique botanical gardens, and zoos. The given places can be found in most countries because they are considered natural. Always remember than not all natural attractions will come up every season. Some may greatly depend whether it is summer, spring, fall, or winter.</p>
<p>The next one is the historic attraction. These would include sky high buildings, monuments of known individuals, sites, vintage transport, and cultural museums. This category can be an individual site or numerous associated sites. Don’t get confused with the word heritage with the word historical because it can substitute from one another as accepted in some places like in Australia. Cultural Attractions is another type, and it includes museums, art galleries, theatres, and attractions that promote native cultures or parts of national culture (this is commonly found in European or Asian countries).</p>
<p>Another type of attraction is termed as the “Other built”.  This includes huge manmade structures like, for example, the world’s tallest building, the biggest ship, or the longest train. “Other built” also includes well known factories, which are open to tourist for viewing. Modern architecture is also considered as part of the “Other Built” attractions. The next type of attraction is entertainment. Amusement parks, theaters, famous concert venues, sports arenas, and recreational amenities are examples of entertainment.</p>
<p>Another form of attraction is festivals and events. This may involve temporary attractions. It may be for annual events like the Sydney Mardi Gras, Olympic Games, and important anniversaries like the Independence Day. Remember that not all attractions can be neatly categorized because one type of attraction can be present into another. Just like, for example, a theater that has cultural performances, festivals held in attractive places.</p>
<p>Always put in mind that attractions may cover a wide scope of organizational structure. Some will add charges or admission fees, whereas others do not. Some museum personnel see their place as a tourist attraction. Attractive places may be owned by the local authorities, community people, or some private firm. The other way of enjoying travel is through tourist activities rather than visiting attractive sites. The great thing in considering activities rather than attractions is that it does not involve identification of attractive sites. Some tourist spots would just allow a tourist to view and does not permit activities.</p>
<p>How would you enjoy the places without hands on activities? You can have a shopping experience while you are taking pictures or just looking around. If you are taking an aquatic tour you can do scuba diving, snorkeling, or fishing. In this manner, you can have a wide range of experiences and treasuring memorable events for a lifetime. All of these tourist activities can happen in every attractive or diverse place. Tourist attractions and activities must go hand in hand because they complement each other. A tour cannot be as enjoyable as it is if without the activities and attractions. If a tour is limited only to viewing of attractive places it is just like watching the scene on television. Get into hands on activities and enjoy the moment.</p>

<p>Literally speaking when we say “enjoy”, it simply means to have a feeling of pleasure, liking, delight, contentment, satisfaction&#8212;though there are no precise words to define the feeling of “enjoy” for it is subjective in the sense that it differs in everyone’s feeling. However, one thing we all agree upon in describing the word “enjoy” is the desire to have one, and, it is impossible that a man existed in this world not wanting a pleasure in life.</p>
<p>We as humans are unique individually. We might share the same interest with other persons, but we have our own personality and characteristic and own views in wanting things in life in terms of contentment that differs from others; one person may enjoy doing things by helping other people and another person may enjoy doing things by hurting other people. Two different ways on achieving such a desire but still, as stated earlier, it has one thing in common and that is to pursue pleasure.</p>
<p>Men are selfish by nature, we cannot deny that. Based in our history, a lot of conflicts had happened within our kind that in every century, we scar our mother Earth with war. That may be for land, wealth, power and many other motives. Country invading other countries by conquering their land, they will enjoy the wealth and riches of the land they conquered. Some are motivated by political conflicts; some are just due to racial differences or beliefs and many more. Even in our own roof, conflicts occur over with just a simple idea of enjoyment&#8212;a boy fails to graduate because he enjoys spending more time going around with friends rather than devoting his time to his studies, resulting to conflict to both his parents for not attending and supervising their boy during those times. There are a lot of things in our lives we stumble upon that give us a sense of enjoyment and there is nothing wrong about it, unless we know the cost of such an act.</p>
<p>We should be thankful enough to enjoy life as it is, we are provided by our mother Earth all that we need in order to survive; the air, food, water, an adoptable climate and many things. We reign supreme to all living things for we have the gift of reasoning and with this, we should use it in a way we are ought to do. We are given the freedom to enjoy life the way we want to live it, but in every freedom we have, we should not abuse it. We are to choose between what is right and what is wrong. And in every choice that we made, we should always know the consequences behind it.</p>
<p>To those people who enjoy life by helping others, for sure they would have a delightful life living in harmony with other people. And to those people who enjoy life by hurting other people, I would not agree more if they would still enjoy life behind bars.</p>
<p><em>“For some life lasts a short while, but the memories it holds lasted forever. </em><em>Enjoy life with happiness in thy heart, for there’s plenty of time to be dead”.</em></p>
<p>All in all, there is nothing permanent in this world. The only permanent in this world is the change. Time will come when we will soon depart in this beloved world we have, and it would be best if we enjoy our lives to the fullest with no regrets. Enjoy life, cheers!!!</p>

But, it can be dangerous in some cases.  Like, if one is taking diet pills or is fasting.  One may not resort to engage into said activities, but instead, follow some of the following steps to lose weight quickly, healthily and properly.</p>
<p>First, one has to know his calorie intake.  He should minimize taking in calories and find ways and mean to reduce these calories.  One way is through exercise.  At least 20 to 30 minutes exercise a day would be enough.  To determine how much calories one is taking in, he may do an itemized calorie count and write down all the foods and drinks, he is consuming per meal.  Usually, every food packaging has calorie labels on it.  So, one can basically monitor how much calorie a specific food or drink contains.  It may not be hundred percent accurate, but at least, one can have an idea on how much calorie intake he has already on a particular day.  If one thinks that he has consumed many calories, it is but proper for him to cut out his calorie intake.  Reducing calorie intake is a lot easier, if one is just determined to do it.  He has to reduce intake of high-fat high-calorie foods and drinks such as salad dressings, candies, butter, soft drinks and the like.  Doing this routine every day, can help one reduce weight quickly and sustainably.</p>
<p>Next, one can think of alternative foods and drinks to cut out calorie intake.  If one thinks he is taking in unhealthy foods, it is but right to find alternative foods or drinks.  One can possibly do this by taking a look at his notes on calorie intake.  Once he has identified which foods and drinks are unhealthy, he can then replace it with healthy foods and drinks instead.  Like for example soft drinks, instead of drinking it, one may resort to drinking water.  One may also opt to eat lean meats such as chicken and fish, instead of pork and beef, which are very high in fats and calories.  As for the side dish, one may eat fresh vegetables and salads without mayonnaise, instead of eating French fries, macaroni, cheese and the like.</p>
<p>Third, one has to plan his meals.  Proper planning on what to eat reduces the risk of taking in high-fat, high-calorie foods.  Never skip meals also, especially breakfast.  Doing this may reduce the tendency of snacking before lunch.  It is also important to make a list on what foods to eat, the ingredients needed for the food and the quantity to be bought.  Never be tempted to buy foods not found in your checklist, especially if it contains high calories.</p>
<p>Fourth, is to go for healthy snacks.  Never eat snacks that are high in calories and fats. Good examples of these are fruits.  Eating fruits for your snacks are very healthy, rather than eating cakes, junk foods and other unhealthy foods.  However, if ever you cannot avoid eating these unhealthy foods, especially junk foods, make sure to eat a portion of it only.  Try to put a little amount of it in a bowl so that you will not be tempted to eat the whole packing.</p>
<p>Fifth is to eat foods with more fiber and drink plenty of water.  Eating foods that are rich in fiber is a good way of reducing weigh fast.  They say that fiber can help make your digestive system work effectively and keeps you physically fit. Thus, eating the right amount of fiber may help you feel slimmer in just a day or so.  Also, drink plenty of water.  Eight to ten glasses a day may be enough for your body. It is advisable to do some exercise every day because, the more you exercise, the more you can take in water or fluids into your body.</p>
<p>Sixth is to take an enough rest.  It is important for your body to take some rest, especially if you come from a very tiresome work.  Also, one has to get enough sleep at night for lack of sleep can impair your ability to lose fat.</p>
<p>Following these simple steps may require you to be realistic and patient.  You have to keep in mind that healthy weight loss can be achieved fairly and quickly, but you have to be patient.  There is no miracle for it.  It is simply a matter of choice and determination.  You also need to be confident of yourself.  Always think that you can do it.  If others can, why can’t you? There should be an adjustment on your part.  Try to make a change in your lifestyle if badly needed for your plan of losing weight.  Also, be consistent with what you do and have a self-discipline.  Do not do things that would negate your desire to lose weight fast and effectively.  Instead, do it in a motivated way.</p>
